My name is Molly Martin, and this is my design blog. I’m a textile artist interested in dyeing, printing, and reclaiming vintage and second hand fabric to create clothing. While the fashion industry has created trend upon trend, only to throw each away at the end of the short-lived season, the way that we dress has lost its expression of the individual Self. I am here to reclaim this expression, to create pieces of clothing just for the individual, and individual pieces of clothing that are one of a kind through various dyeing and printing techniques. I’m starting small and documenting along the way with the hopes of working with a few others to bring Self expression back to the way that we dress. Here you can read about and see my journey into textiles made for the individual.
