a new way to dress your self

ensley designs photo shoot II

Here is part II to my photo shoot! I’m excited to share the lingerie line that I’ve created. All of these pieces were made using recycled domestic linens. This means that no new fabric was created in order to make these undergarments. Thinking about how to make clothing a more sustainable endeavor is important in my creation process. The fashion industry has manipulated trend into a disposable consumable.  Textile waste is one of the biggest waste materials in the world. So questioning and rethinking the way that we dress ourselves is what I aim to do! A contemporary spin on the traditional ways of doing is what we all face in changing the world for the better.
